By interacting with our social channels or participating in skydiving activities at Skydive Skydown, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership & Use of Customer Media

By skydiving at Skydive Skydown, participating in filming activities, or purchasing a media package (photos or video), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Skydive Skydown retains the full, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use any media captured at the dropzone, including tandem videos, photos, outside camera footage, ground or in-air recordings, or any other media created during operations.

  • We may use this media for:

    • Marketing

    • Social media content

    • Website use

    • Advertising

    • Training promotions

    • Print, digital, or video displays

    • Any other business-related purpose

  • Purchasing a media package does not transfer copyright or ownership to the customer.

    You receive a license for personal, non-commercial use.

If you prefer not to have your image used in marketing, please notify us in writing before your jump at info@skydownskydiving.com, and we will honor your request.

2. User-Generated Content & Tagging

If you tag Skydive Skydown, use our branded hashtags, or submit content to us, you grant Skydive Skydown:

  • A worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license

  • To use, repost, edit, publish, share, or distribute your content

  • On any platform or marketing medium

  • Without additional permission or compensation

This includes photos, videos, comments, captions, reviews, and stories.

3. Media Depicting Advanced Skydiving Skills

Skydiving content on our social platforms may show:

  • Experienced jumpers

  • Advanced maneuvers

  • High-performance canopy flight

  • Specialized training events

  • Demonstration jumps

  • Professional skydivers and instructors
