SKYDIVE SKYDOWN — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Skydiving requires extensive scheduling, aircraft resources, staff availability, and weather considerations. To keep our operations safe and efficient, Skydive Skydown maintains the following refund and cancellation policies.

By booking a skydive with Skydive Skydown, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Skydive Skydown or Burble are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Tandem skydives

  • Media packages

  • Gift certificates

  • Licensed jumper tickets

  • Courses and events

No exceptions are made unless required by law.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• 48+ Hours Notice Required

You may reschedule your skydive at least 48 hours before your appointment.

You must call the dropzone directly to reschedule:

Rescheduling is not allowed via email, social media, or online forms.

• Under 48 Hours Notice

Cancellations within 48 hours are considered short-notice cancellations and result in forfeiture of payment.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on time for your scheduled skydive, your payment is forfeited.

This includes:

  • Arriving late

  • Missing your check-in window

  • Failing to bring required identification

  • Failing to meet physical requirements

  • Not signing the waiver

No-shows cannot be rescheduled without purchasing a new booking.

4. Weather Policy

Skydiving is a weather-dependent activity.

If your jump is postponed due to weather:

  • You will receive a weather credit

  • The credit allows you to reschedule at no cost

  • Credits do not expire

  • Refunds are not issued for weather delays

Safety always comes first.

5. Gift Certificates

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • They may be transferred to another person.

  • Certificates never expire.

6. Group Bookings

Groups are held to the same policies above.

Individual cancellations within a group do not reduce group minimums or discounts.

7. Courses & Specialty Events

All course payments (coach courses, AFF, tandem courses, canopy courses, etc.) are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Transferable at Skydive Skydown’s discretion

  • Weather reschedulable
