SKYDIVE SKYDOWN — PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & WAIVER INFORMATION
Skydiving is an extreme sport, and safety begins with understanding the risks involved. Before jumping at Skydive Skydown, every participant must complete the official USPA-approved waiver and assumption of risk agreement.

1. What Is the Waiver?
The waiver is a legally required document acknowledging that skydiving involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
It confirms that participants:
Understand the risks
Participate voluntarily
Agree not to hold Skydive Skydown liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks
Meet age, health, and identification requirements
2. Completing the Waiver
You will complete the waiver:
Online before arrival, or
On-site using our electronic system
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all jumpers.
3. What the Waiver Covers
The waiver includes:
Assumption of inherent risks
Release of liability
Medical fitness acknowledgment
Emergency contact information
Agreement to follow all instructions
Equipment and aircraft use
Media release (if applicable)
4. Why the Waiver Is Required
Skydiving is regulated by the United States Parachute Association (USPA), and all USPA Group Member dropzones require a signed waiver.
Additionally, federal aviation regulations and insurance providers mandate this documentation.
5. Age Requirements
All tandem jumpers must be 18 years old or older.
A valid government ID is required.
No exceptions.
6. Health Requirements
Participants must be in reasonably good physical condition.
You may not jump if:
You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
A medical professional has advised against strenuous activity
You are pregnant
If you have concerns, consult a doctor before scheduling.
