We strive to ensure that individuals with disabilities have equal access to the information, communication, and assistance they may reasonably require to participate in our services, where such accommodations do not compromise safety or violate regulatory requirements.
1. Non-Discrimination Policy
Skydive Skydown prohibits discrimination against any individual on the basis of:
Disability
Physical or mental impairment
Medical condition
Hearing or visual limitations
Mobility limitations
We provide reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to our website, communications, and on-site services as long as such accommodations do not alter essential safety standards required for skydiving operations.
2. Safety-Based Participation Requirements
Skydiving is a high-risk activity regulated by federal aviation law, USPA standards, and manufacturer requirements. For this reason:
Certain physical, medical, or mobility-related conditions may affect an individual’s ability to safely participate in a skydive.
Participation may be restricted if:
It would pose a direct threat to the safety of the participant, instructor, or others
Equipment cannot be fitted or secured safely
Required body positioning cannot be achieved
Necessary safety procedures cannot be followed
Federal Aviation Regulations or USPA requirements would be violated
Each situation is evaluated individually and respectfully.
Our goal is always to accommodate when we safely and legally can.

Upon request, Skydive Skydown will provide reasonable assistance for individuals with disabilities, including:
